Privacy
Still Air is a breathing and focus timer. It is built to collect as little as possible, and it works fully without an account.
If you don't sign in
Nothing leaves your device. Your practice history — breath counts, focus sessions and the intentions you type — is stored only in your browser's local storage. We never see it.
If you sign in with Google
Signing in is optional, and exists for one reason: so your history follows you between devices. When you sign in we store:
- your Google account identifier and email address, to know which history is yours;
- your practice history — per day, the number of breaths, the number of focus sessions, the minutes focused, and any intentions you typed.
That is everything. We do not request or receive your name, profile picture, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.
What we don't do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or third-party trackers.
- No selling or sharing of your data with anyone.
- No email from us other than what Google's sign-in itself involves.
Cookies
One cookie, set only after you sign in, that keeps you signed in. It holds a random session identifier and nothing else. Signing out deletes it.
Where it's stored
On Cloudflare's infrastructure, which serves the site and hosts the database.
Deleting your data
Signing out removes the session from this device. To have your stored account and history deleted entirely, email hello@comebackhere.org and it will be removed.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
